Any indication of repair method or cost is provided for general guidance only and must not be relied upon as a quotation or definitive assessment. The Surveyor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of use, loss of enjoyment, diminution in value, or the cost of repairs, whether foreseeable or otherwise.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or restrict the Surveyor’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
